Modern times are full of challenges – stress, not enough time, and many responsibilities. One’s health thus often takes a back seat. The My Vitality program is for those who realize the value of prevention and want to have their health and physical condition under control.
This comprehensive preventive check-up is designed to detect possible medical issues in time and to give you a clear overview of your body’s current condition.
We’ll design the entire program around your schedule. During the day we’ll provide you comfortable and convenient facilities in our inpatient ward, where you’ll have the opportunity to work, rest, or recharge.

The price of the program (part 1–3) is CZK 29,50.
You will then receive a 10% discount on our clinic’s other services according to the current price list.

BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT

1. Basic part

(automatically included)

Initial examination by a GP (60 minutes)

The examination includes a detailed medical history, ECG, blood pressure measurement, an ABI test (blood flow assessment), and InBody composition analysis, which provides an overview of your muscle mass, fat, water, and metabolic condition.

Comprehensive blood tests

The blood tests analyze basic biochemistry (including Lp(a), ApoB, etc.), liver and kidney function, blood count, hormonal profile, vitamin and mineral levels – you will thus get an overall picture of your internal health.

Abdominal and carotid ultrasound

An imaging method for the detection of any changes in the area of the liver, gall bladder, kidneys, and vascular system (carotid arteries – stroke prevention).

Dermatological examination

A comprehensive examination of the skin including moles and pigmentation with a dermatoscope.

2. Flexible part

(pick 2 specializations)

Eye exam

(visual acuity, intra-ocular pressure, assessment of the front eye segment and the fundus)

Gynaecological/urological examination

(preventive check-up and consultation)

Breast ultrasound (for women)

(examination of breast tissue for the presence of cysts or nodes)

Rehabilitation examination

(assessment of the musculo-skeletal system and therapy recommendations)

Cardiology exam

(assessment of the risk of cardiovascular diseases, ECG, echo-cardiogram if needed)

3. Final consultation

evaluation of results with a doctor (45 minutes)

Once you’ve completed all the examinations, you will once again visit the GP, who will discuss the results with your an recommend any necessary further steps or examinations.

4. Follow-up care with benefits

Once your check-up has been evaluated, you can order additional services from our clinic with a 10% discount on current prices and priority booking (for the next 6 months). The list of examinations is in the column at right.
