My work is grounded in trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches, drawing on Applied Positive Psychology. 

I specialise in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) assessment for children and adults, with a particular focus on women and girls with late ASD diagnoses.

I am experienced with internationally recognised diagnostic tools. Alongside assessment, I offer post-diagnostic counselling to help clients understand their diagnosis, explore their identity, and build on their individual strengths.
