I gained my first ENT experience at the prestigious ENT head and neck surgery clinic at the First Faculty of Medicine, University Hospital Motol which I joined on 1 January 2001.

In 2005 I was sent on a 2-year internship at the IEO Oncology Clinic in Milan which I extended with a short internship at the University Clinic in Pavia and then an internship at the ENT department in Forli where the current chairman of the Italian ENT Society works and who specializes in sleep medicine and dizziness.

In 2007, I did not return to the ENT clinic in Motol because of reconstruction that was taking place at that time, but I joined the ENT endoscopic oncological surgery as a physician specialist of the Central Military Hospital in Prague. Here I developed this type of surgery and worked as an assistant professor at the III. Faculty of Medicine at Charles University and in addition I became the first ENT doctor in the Czech Republic to start endoscopic surgery for salivary gland diseases. I have been engaged in this surgical speciality since 2009.

In 2011, I started working at Canadian Medical called CMC at that time. Gradually, I became the chief ENT physician of this private medical facility.

In 2011 I also became the deputy chief physician of the ENT department at the Benešov Hospital.

In 2012 due to family reasons I passed this post to a colleague and continued to focus purely on the management of the ENT outpatients’clinic in Canadian Medical and in Benešov Hospital I continued as a doctor. I worked with this hospital until the end of 2020. Between 2012 - 2014, I worked as an observer at the prestigious ENT clinic at the University of Leuven - Belgium

In 2015, I took 6 months of parental leave after the birth of our younger son.

In 2017, I started working at the ENT department of the General University Hospital as a guarantor of thyroid surgery, and in 2018 I participated in the start-up of the surgery at the private surgical clinic of Canadian Medical Care.

As regards the MY CLINIC project, I like, in addition to other aspects, the pursuit of quality private health care without the excessive pressure on profits.

I really appreciate the co-operation with colleagues of other specializations as well as paediatrics and internal medicine, rehabilitation, psychology and psychiatry who are accustomed and willing to work together in favour of successful comprehensive patient care.
