How the prevention works?

1. Extended lab tests & InBody body composition analysis

We will schedule you for a visit with our nurses. During this visit, fasting blood and urine samples are taken. The examination includes body composition analysis using InBody.

Extended lab tests:

Extended tests help detect the risk of cardiovascular disease before symptoms appear. We test your blood, kidney and liver function, mineral levels, inflammation markers, and glucose including “long-term” sugar (HbA1c).

Also tested are blood lipids and modern lipoprotein indicators such as Apolipoprotein B and Lipoprotein(a).

We also test the thyroid gland, Vitamin D, and morning urine, which broadens the entire view of cardiovascular health.

2. Comprehensive examination with a cardiologist

At least two days after the blood draw, you will have an appointment with the cardiologist, who will already have your results on hand.

This appointment includes:

A detailed medical history interview
ECG (electrocardiogram)
Echo-Cardiogram
Blood pressure measurement
Assessment of results and individual risks by a doctor, including recommendation for additional tests

3. Ultrasound Examination of the Carotid Arteries by a Radiologist

4. Recommendations for additional specialized tests

If necessary, the cardiologist may recommend further diagnostic procedures (e.g., Holter ECG monitoring, blood pressure monitoring, exercise stress test), which are not included in the base price.

Examination timeline

2 visits
Lab tests, InBody and carotid ultrasound can be done during the first visit.
The second visit with evaluation of results by a cardiologist should take place at least 2 days after the lab tests.
