I worked as a director of feature films and documentaries for thirty years. My interest in interpersonal communication was reflected in the choice of topics for the films and theatre productions. In this time I kept going back to themes with a psychological angle. And in real life, I was gravitating more and more to communication between people.

I focus on individual and group psychotherapy. My preferred psychotherapy approach is Gestalt therapy.

In therapy with clients that means that I focus on interpersonal relationships, the person’s self-worth, and their direction in life. I work on problems caused by long-term stress and burnout. I also work with traumatic events that have occurred in clients’ lives, which transcend the boundaries of regular experiences and which can create patterns of dysfunctional experiences and behaviour. I also help clients with various types of anxiety issues, sleep disorders and psychosomatic disorders.

My professional interest is therapy for psychosomatic disorders and the interconnection of various psychotherapeutic perspectives.
