Comprehensive preventive programme for children and adolescents

A comprehensive preventive programme for children and adolescents that connects paediatrics, laboratory diagnostics, physiotherapy and targeted specialist examinations.

Every child is different, and their health evolves over time. That is why it can be valuable for parents to complement regular paediatric care with a broader preventive perspective. The comprehensive preventive programme for children and adolescents combines a paediatric examination, laboratory diagnostics, physiotherapy and selected medical specialisations within one coordinated programme.

The goal is to give parents a clear overview of their child’s health, explain the results in an understandable way and recommend any further steps if needed.

I am interested in health care program

1. Core part

Initial examination by a paediatrician
Duration: 60 minutes

The examination includes:

  • a detailed medical history and review of previous vaccinations;
  • assessment of the child’s current health status, including vision and hearing screening tests;
  • comprehensive blood tests. Laboratory testing focused on overall health, metabolism, inflammatory markers, minerals, vitamins, thyroid function and coeliac disease screening.

Physiotherapy examination of the child
Duration: 60 minutes

The physiotherapy examination focuses on assessing the musculoskeletal system, posture, coordination and any functional difficulties.

The examination may be particularly beneficial for children with the following difficulties or risks:

  • poor posture;
  • scoliosis;
  • foot deformities;
  • post-traumatic conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system;
  • breathing difficulties;
  • diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders;
  • neurological disorders and associated impairments;
  • genetic and metabolic disorders;
  • sensory processing disorders, dyspraxia;
  • ADHD.

The aim is to actively involve the child in the therapeutic process, help them perceive their body better and teach them appropriate exercises that may support the prevention of further difficulties. An important part of the programme is also explaining the recommended steps to parents so they can continue working with the child at home.

2. Flexible part

The client chooses 2 specialisations according to the child’s needs, age, medical history or the doctor’s recommendation.

Available options:

allergology and immunology, dermatology, endocrinology (15+), paediatric occupational therapy, paediatric gastroenterology, surgery, paediatric nephrology, neurology (15+), nutritional therapy and nutrition counselling, ophthalmology, ENT, psychology or psychiatry, paediatric urology, paediatric gynaecology, podiatry, orthopaedics.

3. Final consultation

Evaluation of results with a doctor
Duration: 45 minutes

After completing all examinations, the client visits the paediatrician again. The doctor reviews the results with the parent, explains the findings and recommends the next steps.

The outcome includes:

  • a summary of the results;
  • clear recommendations;
  • a proposal for further care;
  • possible recommendations for follow-up examinations;
  • recommendations for lifestyle measures or further monitoring.

We coordinate the entire programme to make it as comfortable as possible for you and your child. Between individual examinations, we provide a comfortable setting where you can wait calmly, rest or recharge.

The price of the programme (parts 1–3) is CZK 24,000.

After completing the programme, clients receive a 10% discount on additional clinic services according to the current price list.
